Thomas and his team ( Randy, Ben, and Jose) gave our family excellent service and advice as we navigated our home emergency insurance obstacles and construction needs. Thomas was great at managing the project and addressing the scheduling and materials concerns. He even called our insurance company and explained the details I needed help understanding. Their work allowed us to focus on returning our home to normal and put our minds at ease during this long and stressful process. I highly recommend Summit for any home emergency repairs and mitigation needs that you may have.

Earlier this year, during a storm, I had a tree limb puncture my roof! After filing a claim with my insurance company, I had Summit Cleaning & Restoration evaluate the damage & they worked directly with the insurance company! Ryan Earls was the project manager and from day one, Ryan took charge to properly make recommendations to my insurance company of the repairs needed to bring my home back to pre storm conditions! Summit came to our rescue after our basement flooded during a winter storm. Their mitigation team responded to our call immediately and arrived ready and prepared to deal with all of the aftermath. We had such a good experience that we decided to work with Summit's repair team to restore our basement. Ryan Earls was our project lead, and we can't thank him enough. From the first day to the last, Ryan kept us in the loop on all the details, communicated promptly and regularly, and made sure that our expectations were met.
