Our ServPlus team, led by Deacon (with Nick) were great to deal with. We had a drainage pipe failure and they came out the same day we called them. They kept their word, they did what they promised well and they did it when they said they would. They were very careful to keep our home clean as they worked in messy areas. They were helpful, with insight and ideas, and sensitive to our budgetary issues. The office staff Keith and Chris were also helpful with scheduling and questions. We would use them again and recommend others do so too.
I had some water damage over Thanksgiving. ServPlus was quick to identify the source of the problem and get everything cleaned up. We also had some additional work done to our basement walls and floor. Jay, who did the drywall, wall repairs and painting, was great to work with. I was very happy with the outcome. When my house flooded last week these guys came to my rescue immediately!
