“I'm leaving a 5 star rating because Debaj deserves 5 stars. I've gone to The Lash Lounge twice, both times I had a full facial threading, brow tint, and lash lift and tint with Debaj. I was thrilled with the results the first time, but there were a few things I wished she had done differently with my brows (just a matter of preference and it was due to a lack of communication on my end). So the second time, I told her about the little things I wanted her to do differently. She was so kind and patient and totally heard me. She executed my vision PERFECTLY, and my brows turned out exactly how I wanted them. And just like the first time, my face and lashes looked amazing. She is great and I'd highly recommend going to her. If you can communicate what you want, she'll make it happen for you. The lash lounge itself would get 4 stars from me. It's pretty expensive, and it's not a super welcoming or calming atmosphere. I shouldn't have known that another customer's card declined with how far away I was sitting. A lowered tone could go a long way.“

“I had my septum pierced by Ash today. I went in terrified due to a former attempt at a septum piercing that left me with severe pain. The other person pierced my cartilage and then turned around and shoved it back through the other side because the first time it was crooked. Ash was an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable about piercing. He explained to me that I have a deviated septum which makes it difficult to find the “sweet spot”… and then he took his time finding the exact right spot to pierce me. I was absolutely anxious and a nervous wreck but I was committed to getting it done for spiritual purposes. Well, he nailed it. It didn’t even hurt. At ALL. I love it. It ended up exactly how I want it. Ash, you know your stuff. I highly recommend this person for your piercings. Seriously. Excellent care and precise art. Thank you. ?“
