Vaughn and Outdoor Equity are top notch! I met with him about 1.5 years ago when we were first thinking of adding a patio cover for our old house. We decided the timing wasn't right and he gave us no pressure but said to call if we ever changed our minds. Fast forward to a few months ago and we were finally ready. Outdoor Equity came back out redid the estimate and we locked it in. Materials took a few months to come in and we ended up moving into a new home. I call Vaughn up and explained the situation and he came right out to the new property and was able to adapt the original design to our new home. I love my new covered area. They had to come back and add the backsplash area I think I’m grateful that they didn’t charge me for it in the first place, because we weren’t sure if we were going to need it. My hot tub will be moved underneath there soon.
I'd heard great things about Vaughn and his company. I was not disappointed! Due to weather and other actual phenomenon (congratulations again!) the work was delayed a bit, but man, when they got here with the covers, they had everything figured out and BUILT in a few hours. I will be calling them when I expand their wonderful, professional, exceptional product!
