I came in to try out a whole body cryotherapy. I was a little apprehensive because I really do not like the cold, but I have read the science behind the benefits of cryotherapy. Claire was so patient walking me through what to expect and reassuring me of the benefits. I did it for the least amount of time and survived! Actually, I want to go back and begin seeing more benefits from regular therapy. Thank you, Claire, for your knowledge and patience.

I love coming in to do the sculpt pod pro and red light! They offer a variety of services like the hydrafacial and EMS which I am very excited to try out! Definitely love coming here to relax and tan.
