Our 25 year AC unit was on its last leg. Called First Call on a Friday, got an estimate on Monday and the install the following Friday. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and very, very professional. And the new unit is great!! They are my absolute go to for heating and cooling!!
Super Technician, Daniel, just came and saved the day for us! I highly recommend First Call. The service call was easy to schedule, they responded quickly and our technician was excellent. Daniel was right on time, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed our AC problem quickly, explained what the problem was, & checked multiple points inside and outside the house. We appreciated his thoroughness, gave us good recommendations for preventing future problems and followed up with an informative text right away. All around, great customer service!
We recently had our HVAC system replaced, and I wanted to specifically recognize Jason Turner for the outstanding job he did throughout the entire process.
Before making our decision, we obtained multiple quotes from several HVAC companies. In fact, we chose this company even though it was not the lowest-priced option.
