Called Apex for a new metal roof installation, call was received first try, recommendations were made quote was out in a couple of days, Materials delivered and installed as agreed. His crew were friendly and cleaned up the work area before they left.
I have no hesitation in using Apex again in the future and recommending to others.
Outstanding customer service including education of materials, daily updates and findings of repair needs throughout Pool Roof replacement. Trusted Landon and Rob's recommendations, we had LOTS of rot that was unexpected. Very hard-working employees, REALLY appreciated the attention for cleaning up after each day's work and completion of project. Landon and his team at Apex were nothing short of amazing to work with. We recently purchased a home and were told that the roof was replaced within the last 5-7 years. We didn’t expect to have any issues with the roof any time soon. Fast forward to the recent rainstorms. Mother Nature had other plans. Due to the excessive rain and some falling debris from the trees surrounding the house, there was some damage to one side of the roof. Landon and his team were able to come out quickly and diagnosed and remedied the issue in a timely manner. He did say that the rest of the roof was in fairly good condition.
