Leslie with the front desk not only is helpful and nice, but knowledgeable. She gave me the information I needed to switch my network provider to them, and was able to meet my scheduling needs. I was very impressed and thankful. She’s a valuable resource!

Don't have an emergency on the days they're closed. Western Idaho, also closed. That's where OHP allows; call the emergency number (Advantage dental) and the on call dentist was rude and actually hung up on me after telling me he didn't know went we don't just walk in to an advantage office. Advantage was rude and we won't ever call them again. Eastern Oregon dental staff has always been friendly to us, just don't miss an appt cuz you'll have to find a new dentist.
