These are the kind of folks you hope to run into. They did not have the fittings we needed, but sent us to the right place after verifying that it was in stock, then gave us the piece of pex piping that we needed free of charge. Thank you very much for the quality service!

Wanted to replace 20 year old failed Moen part. Unable to find. Tim suggested contacting Moen as I had all paperwork, part number, etc. Moen has lifetime warranty on parts, which I didn’t know. Moen is sending me part at no charge. Thank you, Tim!
