“First time customer. I feel I received a very good cut! Yoom listened to what I wanted and looked at the pix I brought. It’s a short cut, very evenly and smoothly layered. The way she cut I felt she had total confidence in her skills, and that made me confident in her. That was comforting to me. I do have to say though, that I’m a shy and timid person. Yoom was cordial but I would have felt a bit more welcome if I had been greeted a bit more energetically. I guess though, I’m actually pretty glad she wasn’t overtly chatty either. It was a “get right to the point” kind of visit. I think that’s the reason I’ll come back. That, and the fact that she clearly has some mad skills.“
