First time customer. I feel I received a very good cut! Yoom listened to what I wanted and looked at the pix I brought. It’s a short cut, very evenly and smoothly layered. The way she cut I felt she had total confidence in her skills, and that made me confident in her. That was comforting to me. I do have to say though, that I’m a shy and timid person. Yoom was cordial but I would have felt a bit more welcome if I had been greeted a bit more energetically. I guess though, I’m actually pretty glad she wasn’t overtly chatty either. Excellent work! I took in a photo of what I wanted, and she made it happen. Plus, I was running late for my appointment, so I called to let her know. I asked if she'd like to reschedule, but she waited for me, and I was thrilled with the results. I will definitely be back!

I had appointment at YOOM’s yesterday. I was extremely impressed by the care the stylist took to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. The end result was excellent!
