Mark was an absolute godsend when we needed all of our batteries switched out, and some work on our propane. He stepped up immediately, was kind, courteous, professional, & capable. Mark contacted me shortly after I left him a message. He was out the next day which was during the weekend. Our slideout stopped working and Mark diagnosed the problem after troubleshooting several possibilities. He then ordered the replacement for the faulty part and installed, tested it and replaced the trim work that he had to remove. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his pride of workmanship. I wish I could give him ten stars!!
Mark was on another call we just ask a question about the converter, we asked if he could put it in and he did right then. And charged a decent price. Mark is about taking care of you and your rv problem not about how much he can make off of you. Thank You for all your help!
