A piece of my wife’s iPad cable broke off in the iPad’s charging port. I took it in and he had it repaired within a couple of hours at a. very reasonable cost. A great repair shop with a master technician. Hard to find these days!

What a great experience today at the PC Mac Shop! I always shop local if I can and I am so glad I did!I had never been in the shop but as soon as I stepped in the door I was welcomed and treated like my problem mattered! I'm an older no IT knowledge guy but Lee worked on my laptop with me and walked me through his process, as well as showing me how I could do some of it myself! When I got home I followed his teachings and it worked out just like he said! I am now a customer for life and can't recommend his computer store enough! They say Newport is the friendliest city and Lee and his computer store are one of the reasons why!
