There were moments during my massage that I really enjoyed but all in all I was pretty frustrated after leaving. I told my masseuse during my 90 minute session that I wanted to work on my neck and shoulders. She kept saying “once I’m finished with the lower body I will.” 90 minutes passed and she never moved up to focus on my neck and shoulders. I was also told to fix my circulation and my stomach and all sorts of things that weren’t elaborated on but it made it difficult for me to actually relax and enjoy the massage. She continued to dig into pressure points on my bones that I was wincing at on my legs, elbows, and wrists and barely listened to me when I told her I wasn’t interested in an acupuncture related massage. Then as I was checking out, she typed a 30% tip into the calculator and instructed me to give her that. I awkwardly left 20% because I didn’t feel heard and I did not enjoy the experience. Maybe it just wasn’t a lucky day to be there but I won’t be returning.

I gave three stars for a couples massage we just had at the Newport Aisun massage. My pressure was way too much, after asking for less many times. My husband had a wonderful massage, thus the three stars. I have had many massages over the years and I have never had pain from too much pressure at the point of muscle attachment (hips, ankle, ball of foot,my thighs). I had to take pain reliver to sleep. There was no check in form to be able to indicate areas of the body to be careful around, which was an issue for my husband who has a previous joint surgery and a knee issue. Their English was not adequate to be able to explain and then communication was left to gestures.

Most amazing life saving... can i really call it just a massage as it was so amazing lol. Injured back a week ago and after one session she nearly healed what chiropractor appt and self stretching couldnt fix. My wife is up next right now and talked her into doing hour and half also. I can tell she cares about what she is doing and healing someone and takes the time to do what i have not seen massage therapist do in 20 years. Cant give anyone more deserving of 5 stars then her. Thank you again so much and happy there are people as passionate about what they do as you are! As a note had to call out of work 3 days this week as pain was so bad and couldnt even walk well so being able to stand straight and walk without slight hunch is nice.

Never had a massage, I had the best experience! My wife and I had a couples massage, truely the nicest people. I left feeling amazing, haven’t felt this good in a bit. Would definitely recommend!
