I had a flat and conch done elsewhere but was visiting Newport for the day. I’ve struggled off and on for 9 months with irritation bumps on my flat despite downsizing and proper aftercare. I popped into Ago to see if the post was potentially too long on a friend’s recommendation. Salmon greeted me immediately, confirmed the post was too long from eyeing it, and introduced me to the piercer. The piercer was equally amazing - asking if it was tender, about aftercare, explaining the material Ago uses is titanium and could remain in for medical procedures - and most importantly gentle with the second downsize.
