James gave my mother and I a matching tattoo I've been thinking about for many years. He is very friendly and personable, you can tell he's someone with a big heart and that he carries around a smile with him everywhere. If you need some advice with your tattoo check Storylines in Newport out, the prices are fair and the art is incredible
100% recommend James especially for fine lines, realism, and black and gray. He does it all though! It was very hard to find someone with good lines in or near Newport and I’m glad we found James. We will be back!
