I don't understand the negative reviews on here. I called for an appointment & was given one for the same day. John greeted me by name & we talked the entire time, such a nice young man. He did an incredible job & I'm more than pleased.

I’m a resident and former customer of John’s. First, John is nice if you “know” him. If he doesn’t know you, he’s very dismissive, will not acknowledge you, and will charge you extra. I went in once for a fill but I had a mask on and he didn’t recognize me. He was rude and very short. I’ve been getting my nails done when people come in and he won’t greet them. It’s not very welcoming.Even if you have an appointment prepare to wait half an hour or so as he’s usually running behind. I get it. Got a beautiful set of acrylics here. I had literally no nails due to biting and the tech made me feel safe and non-judged, he never poked or nicked me either. The nails are strong, havent come off in 2wks, I will be back and highly recommend.Service: Acrylic nails
