We couldn't recommend Valley Plumbing NW more! They are outstanding and provide quick, thorough service with great attention to detail. We have used them twice now (once for a fun remodel and now for a true emergency). If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I won't write this and tell you they were perfect... but it was the response of the company when I wrote them with a few issues. In my opinion it is the way a company handles issues that let's you know what they are really made of.
I made the poor choice to be traveling when service was done and when I came home I was frustrated to find that the plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom had been run through the floor instead of the wall, this was a real problem since we had new cabinets for both rooms to install. I had a weird water leak under my house which was spraying water everywhere but not constant. It turned out to be a plugged HVAC line which is generally outside of the scope of a plumber. Frankie just happened to have the right tubing which he spliced in and solved the mystery. Friendly guy, excellent plumber who’s willing to go the extra mile which is uncommon these days but greatly appreciated!
