Worst phone call experience I've ever had. Left on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, when I finally was taken off hold no one was there to actually talk to me, just the sound of a movie or something playing in the background. Absolutely awful.

They lost my sample and said that I never gave it, when I took off work and paid a $75.00 copay JUST to take that test. So annoying. I would rather go to Kaiser any day of the week.

The doctors themselves are very amazing. I wish I could say the same about the (front desk people on the first floor). They really should find some people who are more kind in art so rude when people are asking for directions. My dad went in today and we were told he wasn’t needed to come with me to an appointment and they told him he couldn’t go in because they can’t have people in there yeah I was a patient there and had an appointment! and he had to call me to be able to even come in this is absolutely ridiculous I was on the second floor I walked past these people they heard the people call my name I don’t get what is the problem with the people on the first...read full review
