Every staff member was so kind and thoughtful. I felt like the only patient and not at all like a number. Dr. Reddy was not only quick, thorough, and gave great explanations, but she also went out of her way to comfort me while I was going under anesthesia. The nurse who checked me in was also fantastic. I wish I'd caught his name. He was so mindful, talked me through everything, and included small pieces of generosity such as tucking my cold feet into a warm blanket when I was cold. The procedure was so quick, so easy, and without anxiety. I highly recommend this facility.

Scheduling my procedure was challenging and I wound up being scheduled at Newberg which was not my first choice. That said, everything from check in to check out was easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Dr. Reddy and staff were thorough, completely professional and all very kind and caring.

From scheduling to prep advice.. check in and pre, in surgery and post.. everyone was very nice and helpful. It is not exactly a fun experience to have a colonoscopy but I can assure you everyone here is super nice and patient with you. I can’t say I had a great time lol it is a colonoscopy, but I can tell you I it was a great experience from a customer service and medical angle as a patient.
