I will never leave this clinic, no matter how far I have to travel for an appointment. I struck literally gold when they happened to be the first clinic I called when I moved here from AZ in 2020. They always return messages, almost always on the same day. Mike the miracle worker can work little magic getting you an appointment as soon as possible that meets your schedule. In an urgent but not emergent situation, I was in the next day. The woman behind it all, Sheila Smith, FNP-C, is incredible. From my annual visit to things in between, I always leave that place feeling happier. The other NP in the clinic, Emily, is just as great. The back office staff always take there time, putting you at ease before the provider comes in. Cream of the crop. I have been working with this clinic for 5 years and am so pleased to have found Sheila. She is great to work with and I appreciate the time she puts in answering my questions and teaching me about the options she recommends for me. The office manager, Mike is also great. So grateful to have found them since there were few choices in McMinnville when I moved into the area.

I called the clinic to set up an appointment to establish care, and I must say, Mike was wonderful! He answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed right from the start. The practitioner I was paired with is amazing, and I feel really comfortable under her care. I've even referred my family and friends to this clinic based on my positive experiences. And not to forget, the nurse is just as awesome! Such a great team, highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming atmosphere.

Made an appointment, drove 45 minutes only to be told they didn't have the product they needed to perform the operation. Still got charged 200 bucks for the questions and didn't even get the operation. Good job getting me to have 2 appointments, clever.

Edit to add context: My low rating is pertaining to Sheila being a care provider who is comfortable belittling patients. I saw a specialist that she referred me to and when I reported back, she insinuated that I was lying. We also discussed 2 medications I had previously tried, which she then insinuated I was lying again. And then she berated me for “not coming into the office enough” despite me not knowing I should be coming in more, and never being told I needed to come in more.The rest of the staff I encountered in the few years I went to this clinic were great.

I haven't been a patient personally, but am speaking for family members that have been treated at People's. Their reputation is top notch in the community. Someone said, "They don't make em' like this anymore." Coming from someone who also works in healthcare I find this to be true!

Shelia is amazing! Her staff is just as great! She cares and spend the time to get to know you. We just clicked which doesn't happen often. She has helped me a great deal over these past 6months! After 40 years with the same family doctor looking for a new one is scary! I can't believe I found this amazing provider so close to home!
