Specifically went for foot reflexology as offered in the online menu. Once there this required a bit of back and forth discussion (and direction), but eventually resulted in a very good session with considerable deep work on pressure points. Much appreciated.

I had Ann as my masseuse. 10/10 would recommend. She was incredibly thorough. She gets the job done and she checks in on you frequently to make sure the pressure is ok, and if you say it’s too much she actually listens. Definitely coming back!!!

I have been a regular customer over the years, even when it was sold. I've been to both Ella, who it seems is no longer there, and Emily, who I really liked. I made an appointment, only to realize the next day that it wouldn't work for me. I canceled it the next day, only to be charged $167. That's more than I would have paid for a massage and tip. I have called them. They played dumb. Will NEVER go there again. Would love recommendations for a new place! My issue with the massage clinic has been resolved. Emily was so kind and even brought me a refund check to my house! I will be going back to the clinic.
