We have lived in Sherwood for 30 years. Our go to place for appliance purchases and repairs has always been Krohn's. They are accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service and follow up are second to none in the industry. We will continue to give Krohn's our business and recommend you do as well.
Highly recommend! Justin came out and fixed an issue we have had with our fridge for awhile. He was very nice, professional and informative. He knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it.
This company is amazing! Cal~Thank you for coming out on Thanksgiving morning and fixing our freezer in a pinch. We were leaving for the holiday and he came and fixed our freezer last minute and saved Thanksgiving. That was above and beyond customer service and we can't thank you enough! THANK YOU! You saved the day, the meat and our sanity. We are still very thankful and impressed with Cal & Krohns.
