After my Volvo displayed an engine light and a hybrid system warning, I called the dealerships only to find they were booked out more than two months. I called several independent shops as well, but no one answered the phone or even returned my calls.
Then I found Jared at EuroSpeed.
He answered the phone, took the time to answer all of my questions, and got me in quickly. It turned out I only needed spark plugs, but the hybrid system issue was actually related to a factory recall that only Volvo can perform.

Called them because I was worried about water in my fuel system, friendly and helpful, not alarmist, will be going in for service there when needed!
I called Jared about an oil change on our 2015 Audi Q7 diesel before a 4-5 hour trip that same week. He explained that he’d moved his location to about 30-45 minutes away but hadn’t yet changed the location on Google Maps but would work us in. He recommended another shop in Newberg as he’d sent a few clients there and received good reports. I arranged an appointment the next day and received great service, including checking the AdBlue diesel additive and replacing the battery in my key fob. After reading the other reviews for Eurospeed I won’t hesitate to call Jared for future needs - thanks for taking the time to help us!
