Mason, of Blue Haven Plumbing was a life-saver last week when our spigot fell off and water began shooting out at full force (yep, it rusted right off). It may sound minor to some, but it wasn't minor in that moment. Even though it was late afternoon, Mason answered and said he would come right over after he finished with the job he was working on. Thankfully, he had the spigot replaced and our water back on before 6:30!

The response to my plumbing problem by Blue Haven Plumbing here in Nehalem, Oregon, was excellent and professional. Mason called back the same day I discovered an unexpected water leak. He came out to assess the problem, offered a solution and options, and scheduled a quick repair date.
The repair was done with quality work, well thought out, and he took the time to do it right. I was not only impressed, but relieved, and confident in the work. He kept me aware of the process and progress from start to finish.

Mason got me out of a jam more than once!
On a holiday weekend, we had a flood in the basement. He came over that day and fixed the broken pipe.
In my rental property, he corrected faulty
plumbing work and solved a problem that had stalled the project.
He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and an excellent communicator. He takes the time to make sure you understand the work needed. He provided the information I needed to make the best choice.
As far as I’m concerned, Blue Haven is the best choice!
