I’ve got awful memory when it comes to dates and such at times, but the ladies were super understanding of my mistake on appointment date and even tried accommodating by squeezing me in for the appointment anyway. Although this couldn’t happen, they really handled things greatly and were super sweet to have tried! It’s a bit embarrassing for me when I have things like this happen due to my memory at times, but they were really sweet about it and I appreciated it! Looking forward to my actual appointment with this office. It’s also very clean inside!
Best glasses I have ever had. The Dr was very sweet and informative. The optician helped me pick frames that fit my face very well and explained my insurance benefits so I actually understood everything. Less that 2 weeks my glasses came in. They are so light and cute.
Super wonderful office, I left my contacts out of town in a hotel, they gave me enough to get through until my order was in. my last office would have charged me for the ones at the office.
