Friday evening I realized that I had misplaced the screw caps on our new French doors in our master bedroom remodel. My wife ran to the local lumber yard in Canby with no luck. None of the hardware stores had any. She then placed a call to Withers lumber yard in Molalla. It was after closing and Mike answered anyway. He said they had a stash of these caps because it is a common issue. He even brought them to us. This level of service is over the top. It reaffirms my faith that they are the best lumber yard I've ever dealt with. Thanks
