Louie was great. He got back to me promptly, was nice, did the work quick. The rest of them, not so good. Told Stephen and the person i made the appt with, that I had a warranty. They did not tell Louie or ask for more info which created problems and annoyance for me aNd Louie. When i picked the car up, it was being blocked by other vehicles. I had to go back inside and then wait till someone else came out with keys.
Just bought another Jeep from them and had the best dealership experience we’ve ever had! Allen and the finance team were amazing! Will for sure send all my friends and family there!
