I highly recommend Amy! I've struggled with acne my whole life. I tried just about every oral and topical antibiotic, diet changes, and natural remedy out there. I had all but given up but lucky for me - I met Amy! My skin has drastically improved over a 6 month time period to the point where I no longer have break-outs and I even go out without make-up! I've been to many estheticians (even at the Face Reality clinic in California) to help me with my acne and I only trust Amy at this point. I moved away from Portland but still try to see her when I can! Her technique for extractions is superb. It's hard to explain why exactly - she is just very effective while also keeping my skin very calm. She seems to use different tools and methods depending on the type of blockage, and it feels like she's barely touching my skin. The LED treatment afterwards also really helps. I'm so glad to have worked with Amy for ~5 months. She is a top-notch skincare professional/acne specialist and demonstrates the subject knowledge with empathic, caring treatment. After ~one~ treatment my skin already noticeably improved in color and texture, and this is due to her targeted/tailored acne regimen + twice-monthly facials/extractions. If I were still living in the Portland area I would continue to work with her. She's truly phenomenal!
