My daughter has been a student of Craig's for over 8 years. The benefits of her training have been more pronounced outside of the dojo. Craig relates his aikido teaching to everyday life for his young students. My daughter has developed leadership skills, the ability to work with others, self confidence, healthy posture, a healthy body and critical thinking just to name a few. I've witnessed many young people develop positive life skills in the dojo. It's an honor to have Craig as role model for my daughter.

Aikido Northwest is a great place to train and Craig Fife is an outstanding teacher whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for 17 years. Top-notch instruction and community culture!

I've been training in this art for over two decades, and am in agreement with all that has been said by the rest of the (even more) advanced Aikidoka commenting here. Fife sensei is not only a wonderful Aikidoist and a great teacher... he's a great guy! When he's not sharing some inspirational story or metaphor, he's got a lofty poem up his sleeve... or a good joke! I love being around Craig off as well as on the mat, and HIGHLY recommend this dojo to anyone interested in practicing Aikido.
