I've hired Carter's twice for misc. repairs. Today was the 2nd time that employee Dylan Carper arrived to fix my issues (Matt is equally terrific). Dylan was just as kind & respectful this recent visit, as he was the first. The office staff is also terrific. Such gifts to our community.

Carter plumbing made it out to help us in record time when the other plumbers couldn’t make it for 24 hrs. My husband was a bit rude to them because he thought they were doing it wrong and the Carter guy calmly and respectfully explained exactly what he was doing and why. Very nice job of handling a know-it-all customer! He was right and resolved the blockage in the plumbing quickly and effectively all the while explaining to my husband what he was doing and why. My smart husband says he doesn’t even mind the very reasonable bill as he learned something valuable. We will be calling Carter Plumbing first next time we have any plumbing issues.
