Before you buy a new home take the factory tour and learn how modern homes are built today with precision and more value for your money.Just visited again in Feb 2022 and the new office is amazing, new models now on display, and they are ready to help Southern Oregon rebuild and find affordable home ownership options.Under new management and ready to help.

The salesman was very polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My wife and I toured all the display homes on our own with no rush from anyone, kept notes on what we liked and was told to come back anytime if we have more questions.
