About Willamette Graystone
Willamette Graystone offers a mixed experience. The office staff is often helpful and accommodating, with some reviewers mentioning their willingness to assist with previous purchases and deliveries. However, there have been instances of poor customer service, with one reviewer describing a delivery driver as having a smart alec attitude. On the other hand, the company's team of professionals is known to be friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with projects, including offering expert advice on products like pavers and retaining walls. They also stock a range of high-quality accessory products.

This is the place to go in Southern Oregon for all your landscape/hardscape needs- If for nothing else, the customer service and expertise of the entire staff really, but specifically Tracy- She knows her stuff with regards to the product and also has her game dialed-in tight on the business side. It is refreshing and a pleasure to engage in transactions with someone who is so professional, knowledgeable and vested.
I have been coming here for over 3-years now as a home-owner, I'm over 50 pallets in with Willamette Graystone and I'll never go or recommend anyone else.

Update 2022: Bought more retaining wall for a Phase 2 improvement. The same 2 ladies I dealt with last year were in the office and were very helpful. I appreciate that they were able to lookup my last delivery and match the block I need. I also get the same delivery driver I had last time, so that continuity is very nice. More home improvement projects are underway...Picked out the retaining wall blocks and toppers and had them delivered. Got what I needed and the delivery guys were very helpful.
