This is the place to go in Southern Oregon for all your landscape/hardscape needs- If for nothing else, the customer service and expertise of the entire staff really, but specifically Tracy- She knows her stuff with regards to the product and also has her game dialed-in tight on the business side. It is refreshing and a pleasure to engage in transactions with someone who is so professional, knowledgeable and vested.
I have been coming here for over 3-years now as a home-owner, I'm over 50 pallets in with Willamette Graystone and I'll never go or recommend anyone else.
We have bought lots of stone and many loads of gravel here over the years and have always been happy with the customer service in the office and in the yard. I have used the same trailer for 20+ years and know how much I can haul in it. I bought 1/2 yard of gravel today and the load was short. I went into the office and complained and the gal said they would take care of it. Outside, a guy with a smart alek attitude came over to my trailer with a shovel full of gravel, threw it in and said, "there." Completely unacceptable.
