John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new pair of glasses. I felt like he was very respectful to me and I was comfortable the entire time. I wish I had help like this in the past because this was a much smoother and friendlier process. I would highly recommend John
Today was our Lucky Day!! RANDY, the vision center Manager provided us with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; not what I would expect from a typical Walmart experience. My picky and at the same time... undecided young adult son (a challenging combination) was looking for a VERY specific look. After some time had passed and our tray was full of this and that, I looked up... Randy and I made eye contact. Randy clearly understood the mission and immediately approached us. I have no idea how he did it... but RANDY listened to our general wants, noticed what we had in our tray-o-stuff, stepped away for a literal 5-seconds and came back with THE PERFECT FRAME?l My son tried them on and BAM! RANDY GOT IT RIGHT ON THE FIRST TRY! I don't normally think of Walmart when I think of something as Important as eye glasses, but I could not be MORE IMPRESSED WITH RANDY (A True Artist) and his skills when it comes to something as important as selecting the perfect frames that you will literally be wearing front and center, every moment, of every waking day. 5-STAR Experience thanks to Randy *he saved the day*
