I was very happy with the service at Valley Immediate Care North Medford. The doctor I had, Dr Solorio, gave a lot of attention to detail in making sure I received every type of medication, testing and healing modality I needed. You should pay him more, as well as the rest of the staff. I have healed quickly because of their expert work. Thank you.
I had a great experience with their PA. He was kind, listened well and was thorough. There was a little issue with my insurance coverage as they could not verify it as the website was down but they could have called the company instead of asking me to pay. Overall, not a bad experience at this clinic.
