I found this company to be very kind and courteous.Mr. Chapell (owner) was extremely understanding when I explained my sudden need for the return of my deposit.He graciously and generously granted my request, even though he didn't have to.Thank you again, Jeff Chapell, for your gracious and kind actions to assist a senior citizen.

The roof installation is pending. Nick Tejeka and Chevy Croskey came out to inspect our roof. Chevy said she was mainly observing, since it was her first time out in the field. Both individuals came across as genuinely caring about what was best for us as well as strongly believing in the excellence and integrity of their company, and not trying to strongarm us into anything. Both were professional. Nick appeared knowledgeable about his field and his company's offerings. Chevy was responsive, helpful, and seemed to only lack experience. They sold us on their product. It was a good experience working with Arron. He was always right on time for appointments. He spent time explaining anything I was curious about. He helped work out some creative solutions to odd requests I had. Looking forward to the new roof.Services: Roof inspection
