I have known Gary for several years now and he has been doing my retirement for me that I have separate from my work and he does a phenomenal job. He knows what he doing. I have heard him speak several times on PERS which I do not have but he is extremely knowledgeable in the field. I would highly recommend him if you are a PERS retirement person.
