John solved problems that no other professional I have contacted has been able to correct. His knowledge of electronic eqiupment (e.g. computers, phones, routers and networks, printers, televisions, other devices), Operating Systems, and software ( e.g. MS Office, virus protection choices, phone apps, other) far exceeds that of anyone I have hired. John was very helpful. He is very personable and friendly with a great emphasis on detail. He took care of my hard drive issue straight away. Dropped computer off in the morning and picked it up hours later. Great. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way around.

I highly recommend John of Tech Aid for any computer or electronic-related repair/service. He was easy to reach by phone and it was super easy to schedule an appointment. He was punctual, polite and patient, answering every single one of my questions in a "non-tech" manner that was easy to understand. He assessed the problems quickly and had them resolved shortly after. In this first visit he worked on a computer, TV, Roku, and printer, it was amazing. Additionally, his fees are very reasonable. John is definitely going to be our new tech support person moving forward. You can't do any better than Tech Aid.
