I guess it was awesome with the staff was professional and very nice I felt very comfortable at this establishment. But I'm not happy about is that I do not leave there with my glasses. Due to new staffing and training. I do believe this problem of mine is with corporate not the staff in service of the Medford optical store. I went there intending on getting my glasses that same day and I need them I start back to work soon. I will return as a customer here because I did felt comfortable and sometimes getting your glasses up front and personal is a little uncomfortable but that was not the problem here. Exceptional customer service! I called a couple of weeks ago about getting replacement frames. When I walked in today, the manager immediately remembered my name and already had the frames pulled and ready to go. Fast, professional, and went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly. Highly recommend Stanton Optical in Medford!
Absolutely could not be happier with my experience with Stanton! I went in for an eye exam for contacts a few days ago and they were very quick and efficient! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, It was a very friendly yet professional atmosphere. I brought my glasses in today to have the lens replaced, Accidentally went in too early to pick them up but within 15 mins the staff have cut and replaced my lens for me and were very kind about the misunderstanding. Could not suggest an eye place more! Have been telling all my family and friends about this place:)
