Dakota came out to my house to look at some water I had found in my electric furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to understand that it was normal. He then answered all of my other questions around cooling down the house and how to make things better. His patience and knowledge were top tier. Really cool dude.
We had the best experience! Our entire system, heating, cooling and water heater needed to be replaced ASAP! They were quick to come out, helpful in the purchase process, quickly got us on a schedule and had everything installed in 1 day. The install crew was top notch, friendly, respectful and walked us through everything.
If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! AC stopped working, called Southern Oregon Heating and Air. Brandon came out within 30 minutes and fixed the capacitor on my unit in 10 minutes! Honest, professional and reliable! Will definitely recommend this company!
