In the past they were great. Very quick and efficient. But.... this year I paid them $305 and they did the appt but I have yet to receive any paperwork, impossible to get anyone on the phone. Feels like an exit scam.

I had to travel from Klamath Falls to Medford last minute on some miscommunication. The staff at Southern Oregon alternative medicine went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork submitted quickly. Very thankful for their super attentive and quick response to my own personal situation. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

My first year getting my card went smooth. My second year, there was a new employee being trained and they lost / misplaced my paperwork after I paid. It was in April of 2021. When I never received my paperwork I figured I'd been denied for whatever reason. I was upset but didn't care enough to figure out why I didn't get my card after turning in my medical history. Out of nowhere, in December, I got a call from Tina, the front desk woman. She left me a voicemail and explained that my paperwork was good but misplaced. She has integrity so she was the one who contacted me, and admitted the mistake that was made in office, and offered to restart my year and do it for free....read full review
