More often than not whoever I deal with, hygienist or dentist, seems rushed. They appear to overbook for the staff they have. This time during the cleaning they only did one side and scheduled me 7 months later for the other side. However, when I had an emergency they got me in the next day.

Had my first visit today, and I am happy with the outcome. The staff is friendly and nice. My cleaning was as gentle and pleasant as it could have been (never fun, no matter who does it).There's a wait for non-urgent care, but it's not their fault that our whole area is short on providers.Overall happy with my decision to choose SmileKeepers.
