Called their office today to inform them of a safety concern. As their crew left their HQ I noticed they were towing a trailer with a small backhoe... and that the trailer lights were not functioning at all. On top of that the right marker was completely missing. Figuring I'd save them the headache of a potential accident (that would clearly be their fault for failure to signal) I gave them a quick call, Cathy answered. She quickly told me that the lights just must be out. I tried to inform her it was more than that as the right marker was absent... no light at all. I could not be more pleased with the work they did or the people who did it. The job was done right, was finished on time, and they left the job site looking so much better than they found it. My foundation will never move another inch thanks to these guys, and I am so grateful for their expertise, their professionalism, and their integrity! Thanks, guys!
