I used this Urgent care video visit today and it was excellent ! The NP was professional and listened attentively . Camera and technology was easy and to register ! Recommend if need medical support
Every visit I've had here has been decent. Not perfect. But it is an urgent care facility and not a primary care facility so I think they do well considering the circumstances. I am always seen by a provider within an hour of arrival. Jesse (one of the doctors/providers) is awesome. Thanks guys. Without places like this to make up for the lack of care from pcp's, we'd all be sol.
I dont know i got my blood drawn to be sent to lab no one is following up with me so i can kno what to do next i can see the results on the app but i dont really understand it yet no one has decided to call me or anything and everytime i call they say they will call me back but by the end of the day but no one does... i thought this was a (URGENT) care
