Providence Medford Medical Clinic - Hillcrest

I just had the most pleasant experience ever with Kim!!! I do not believe words can do justice to how amazing Kim is, she handled my very urgent prescription issue with the most knowledgeable, professional and compassionate care possible, not just once but twice!! She is a true asset to the care team!!!

My daughter got the best evaluation and care for her symptoms. Scott Ross PA did an exceptional job in getting her the best care, diagnosis and followthrough possible. With the direction of healthcare in general, I was very impressed with our experience at this clinic and it restored my faith in there still being clinics providing quality and compassionate healthcare.

Forced to change primary care providers for the 3rd time in 4 years, with trips to the ER to address issues that may have been avoided if I'd had a primary care Dr. has been a problem. After a 10 month wait, I found Hillcrest to be efficient, well organized and friendly. My new primary care is an FNP, not a doctor, but perhaps he'll stick around. I liked Grant Jolliffe. He was thorough, listened well, and took care of my issues. I hope he stays.
