It's frustrating that the medical staff don't return calls and repeatedly send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. And making appointments has been extremely challenging. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Finally decided to go elsewhere and am so glad I did. The staff at my new doctor's office (not Providence providers) are competent and caring.

I had been waiting for surgery from Southern orthopedics and it was scheduled.I had contacted home health a few months ago and then A few days before the surgery home health was set up for the day I got out of surgery and this was done by two different individuals in home health.The night before my surgery When I ask what time they would be arriving in the afternoon, I was told the phone call that I was not scheduled for home health and could not get it from Providence. It just devastated me and left me in a terrible position. I have no one that could watch me or help me. I would not recommend Providence home Health anyoneAlthough I am happy with providence in general.
