As always, Levi (the service tech) does a great job servicing my home (cleaning cobwebs, exterior pest control spraying, etc.). He calls before he arrives, lets us know he is here, and when he leaves. He is easy to talk to and is an all around nice person !! I recommend Pointe Pest Control as well.

Jacob was great! He was out for our quarterly service to check traps, spray for ants, and sweep the eaves. I didn’t want all our spiders killed, so I asked that if he saw any spiders or spiders in webs, just to skip the area. I am used to a little scoff or eye roll when I ask that, because why have pest control if you’re going to ask that? (rats, that’s why).
Jacob was so kind and considerate and didn’t even blink when I asked that. In fact, he said he remembered that request from last time and put a little note in our file for us.

this company is the most responsive pest control outfit that we have ever used. ALL their technicians are just nice, polite and friendly people. We are thrilled with their service
