I went in for a botox treatment and have adopted Laura Dahl as my go to for all my health needs. Her office is private, new and I don't feel like a # in a herd being pushed through...for once, I walk in and she is there waiting for me (I'm not even late). Prices are reasonable as I don't use insurance for random visits or cosmetic visits. Laura is very comfortable to be around and very-very knowledgeable.

I really felt blessed to come across Laurie and her staff. I was able to reach goals I had wanted without feeling overwhelmed. Ashley was so helpful at creating an exercise plan that was right for me. Her knowledge and background In physical and health education was like having a personal trainer who actually showed me how to do the exercise correctly. My strength has improved tremendously and my weight is going in the right direction. Jennifer, the massage therapist is fantastic at what she does. Great knowledge of muscle groups and working the areas I needed help with. A Dynamic Duo with an added benefit of having a FNP, Laurie Dahl in one location. ???
