LeafFilter Gutter Protection offers a variety of services for homeowners, including gutter replacement, cleaning, repairs, and installation of gutter guards. They highlight their innovative design, award-winning technology, and professional installation as key benefits. The company emphasizes its commitment to customer service, noting senior and military discounts. Some customers have praised the helpfulness and professionalism of their representatives and installers. The installation process is often described as successful, with high-quality materials and attractive gutters. Customers appreciate that they no longer have to climb ladders and that rain flows well into the gutter, preventing blockages and rot. The company also provides additional features such as flashing that was never installed when the home was built, and offers a lifetime warranty, giving peace of mind. However, some customers have experienced issues with customer service after installation, finding it difficult to reach representatives and resolve concerns about leaks. Others mentioned that the initial pricing was high, and some had to negotiate for a lower price, which suggests that transparent pricing upfront could improve satisfaction. Overall, many customers feel satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of the gutter protection, even if the price was considered a bit high.
Came in didn't make us feel pressured into buying anything, we couldn't afford very professional. Very respectful helped us in so many ways. Decide what we needed to do. Did everything so beautifully help us with our gutters? Came out wonderful got a lot of compliments.
I had gutters installed. Kristy Mulcahy was absolutely awesome. Very helpful, professional, and kind to work with. I would very highly recommend Leaf Filters. The installers were awesome also. Looks great and we're really proficient in installation and making sure drainage wouldn't go under the house.
I purchased the Leaf Filter Gutter Protection. The crew arrived yesterday,on time, went right to work. It only took them about 6 hours to get the job done, half the time it always took me to CLEAN THE GUTTERS OUT. Now, I'll never have to climb the ladders again, and that's good considering I'm 74 years old. Thanks Guys for a Job well done. Plus there's a Lifetime Warranty & it's transferable.
